Soft Leather Medium Tote Chestnut

I (27 M) have always wanted to find myself a good bag but have struggled to find anything I liked, always too small, too much going on, looks cheap like it was made in a sweatshop, but then I saw an ad for Linden and I knew instantly! And I was not disappointed, some things to know first though if you’ve made it this far, this is not a structured bag, unless it is filled to the brim it is not going to stand upright, and there are no internal pockets, for me that is no issue at all bc I wanted something like a market/tote bag, but just FYI. Amazing quality(the leather/stitching) , FAST shipping, the packaging feels special, and I’m absolutely in love with my bag, thank you Linden for making this product.

Hi, Having a nightmare with DHL at the moment, which understandably is out with your control, but having placed the order a week ago, and the bag only had to travel from Edinburgh to Glasgow, I am now at my wits end with DHL.

Thursday 9th - The order was processed for delivery.
Friday 10th - I was notified that the delivery would arrive by the end of the day on Monday 13th.
Monday 13th - I stayed in all day waiting for the delivery, I was notified by email at 17:15 that they had attempted delivery and no one was in. No one rang the buzzer to enter the flat, no one chapped the door, there was no calling card left behind, there is even a note on our front door asking for parcels to be left at the front door if no one is in. Clearly delivery was not attempted, and the driver has selected the option for reasons unknown to anyone at DHL. I then tryed various different forms of contacting DHL, most of which are automated and don't allow you to speak with anyone. I eventually settled for rescheduling the delivery to a collection from the depot the following day Tuesday 14th.
Tuesday 14th - I manged to find a contact number on reddit of all places that allowed me to speak with a customer advisor that confirmed that I would be able to collect my order today from the local depot. I hired a car from my local car club, drove to the depot, waited in a queue for 1 hour, to then be told that they couldn't locate the parcel in the warehouse, they believed it was still on the van from the day before and they couldn't contact the driver. The customer assistant took my phone number so that she could investigate and phone back with a solution. The Depot is now closed, no phone call from the depot, no clue what is happening with the order.

So we’ll made! The communication is timely and Dani is always very helpful! I have ordered 2 bags and will consider more. I love the packaging that the purse arrives in too!
