Refund policy

If for any reason the item you purchased from us didn't work out, you may return or exchange your item in original, unused condition within 30 days of receiptfor an exchange or refund. Only items returned in original condition can be exchanged or refunded. Customers are responsible for any incurred shipping costs (unless item arrived damaged, defective or it was sent in error). All returns must be approved beforehand. Please email us at hello@lindenisenough.com to request return and further instructions.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders (i.e.embossing). Embossing is done by hand using traditional machines, making each item unique.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund, if applicable, will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time will depend on your method of payment and your bank’s policies.

WARRANTY

All of our leather goods are guaranteed for manufacturing defects. If you believe that your leather item has a manufacturing defect, please email us at hello@lindenisenough.com with photos of the issue, as well as proof of purchase. Proof of purchase can be in the form of either a confirmation email or order number. Should you ever receive a Linden Is Enough product that shows manufacturing defects, you can rest assured we will promptly repair, replace or refund the item.

Please kindly note, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, natural variations and ageing of the leather (such as natural marks, patina, natural softening of the leather, etc.) or misuse/mistreatment of the item. Our products are made of full grain leather, which is the top layer of the animal's skin. The unique texture and natural imperfections from the animal's life have not been sanded or shaved off. This makes it the most durable type of leather available and means that each bag may differ slightly due to the natural scratches and marks that the animal suffered during life, making every product we craft for you unique.
