SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

 

We ship with DHL Express using a fully tracked expedite service! We chose DHL for its excellent track record, speed of delivery and overall reliability. When your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a DHL tracking number so you can follow the parcel’s journey all the way to your doorstep.

 

USA

U.S CUSTOMERS DON'T PAY IMPORT TAX AND DUTY ON GOODS VALUED UP TO $800.

AUSTRALIA

AUSTRALIAN customers do not pay import tax/duty on goods under a value of AUD $1000.

EU & OTHER INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Other international customers including customers from the EUROPEAN UNION (EU), please be advised that for deliveries outside the UK shipments may be subject to import fees and taxes which are due on arrival. These are NOT included in the item price and must be cleared by the customer. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Normally, DHL will issue you with an import invoice. In our experience, the customs processing is pretty straightforward.

Always check with the customs authorities or relevant government agencies for the most accurate and up-to-date information, as these regulations can change.

REFUSED PACKAGE FEES

Customers purchasing from outside the UK are responsible for any applicable import taxes and duties. In the event that a customer refuses to accept a package upon delivery, LindenIsEnough reserves the right to charge a refused package fee. Please be aware of the following details:

- The refused package fee will cover the return shipping fees and any applicable penalties imposed by our courier.
- The initial shipping cost charged at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
- A flat refused package fee of £40 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refusing a package without a valid reason (such as receiving damaged goods) may result in additional costs, and these costs will be deducted from the refund amount. It is the customer's responsibility to review and understand these policies before making a purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

If for any reason the item you purchased from us didn't work out, you may return or exchange your item in original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Only items returned in original condition can be exchanged or refunded. Customers are responsible for any incurred shipping costs (unless item arrived damaged, defective or it was sent in error). All returns must be approved beforehand. Please email us at help@lindenisenough.com to request return and further instructions.

 

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders (i.e.embossing). Embossing is done by hand using traditional machines, making each item unique.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund, if applicable, will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time will depend on your method of payment and your bank’s policies.
